ROSS LINTON
I am a dedicated and experienced Consulting ABA Therapist, specialising in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour intervention plans for children and young people with autism and related developmental needs.
With a deep commitment to evidence-based practice, I collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful, lasting outcomes across home, school, and community environments.
EXPERIENCE
In my consulting role, I am responsible for conducting functional behaviour assessments, training support staff, supervising behaviour technicians, and monitoring progress through data-driven decision-making.
